  • Volunteer Program ( Podium 1, 2A, 2B & 3 | StarSkate | StarSkate Competitive ) From Apr 1, 2025 - Nov 1, 2025

Vancouver Skating Club (VSC) is run by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our goal is to create an environment that helps all skaters reach their potential and makes skating a positive experience for everyone. The Club depends on the support of our member families to keep programs running smoothly.

Volunteering is a great way to learn about figure skating, see how the Club works, and meet other families while giving back. There are many ways to help out, and you can find a list of volunteer opportunities on our website: https://vancouverskatingclub.ca/volunteer-sign-up/

    Families have two options:

    1. Pay the $300 volunteer fee at the time of registration, or

    2. Choose to volunteer. A post-dated payment for $300 will show on your registration invoice. If you complete at least 10 volunteer credits before the end of the Winter term (March), the payment won’t be processed.

Credit values for each volunteer task are listed on our website. Volunteer credits can be earned during Spring 2025, Summer 2025, Fall 2025, and Winter 2026 sessions.

Thank you for giving your time and energy to make our Club the best it can be. We really appreciate your help!
